The 7 Capacities
The Seven Governing Dynamics
Every person is built with seven capacities, modeled perfectly by Jesus Christ. Each one is governed by its own laws. When one is starving, you feel it, usually as a problem that keeps coming back no matter how hard you try. Find the one that sounds like your life, then go deeper.
Respondability I Can
The capacity to act and DO. When it's strong you meet hard things with calm, resilient capacity. When it's starving you feel overwhelmed, frozen, or worn out.

Engageability I Am
The willingness to be aligned and wholehearted. When it's starving life feels like going through the motions, or forcing yourself with willpower that keeps running out.
Charitability I Love
Shameless, pure love. When it's starving you carry shame, love with conditions, or can't let go of resentment.
Sovereignability I Claim
The competence to own your life. When it's starving you feel controlled by others, or find yourself trying to control them, often with anger you can't explain.
Discernibility I Discern
The clarity to tell truth from error. When it's starving you feel confused, second-guess everything, or keep getting misled.
Teachability I Comprehend
The openness to grow. When it's starving you feel stuck, defensive, or keep repeating the same lesson.
