Many leadership problems are treated as technique problems when the deeper issue may involve capacity, authority, trust, agency, discernment, correction, or teachability.
This pathway applies the Seven Governing Dynamics to organizational maturity: capacity-fitted respondability, authority without domination, accountability without shame, reciprocal humility, discernment, and organizational learning.
