Professional Pathways FAQ
What are the professional pathways?
The current professional pathway is organized around three applications of the Seven Governing Dynamics:
- AI & Human Agency
- Leadership & Organizational Maturity
- Helpers & Practitioners
Each pathway begins with a recognizable problem rather than requiring visitors to understand the full framework first.
Are these services available to book now?
Not yet as continuously bookable public services.
The program designs are complete and the website architecture is being prepared. Future delivery availability will be stated explicitly when Kelly is ready to receive and fulfill inquiries.
What is available now?
The site is being prepared to provide:
- executive-resource pages,
- developmental reflection tools,
- briefing and workshop descriptions,
- professional inquiry guidance,
- and the underlying Seven Governing Dynamics framework.
Is the AI pathway a technical AI audit?
No.
The AI & Human Agency pathway focuses on human agency, judgment, authority, accountability, correction, discernment, relationship, and learning around AI-assisted work.
It does not replace technical AI evaluation, cybersecurity, privacy engineering, legal review, regulatory compliance, NIST, ISO, or other specialized governance frameworks.
Is the Organizational Maturity reflection a psychometric assessment?
No.
It is a developmental reflection tool. It is not a validated psychometric, employee-ranking instrument, legal audit, clinical assessment, or HR compliance test.
Is the Helpers & Practitioners reflection a professional credential?
No.
It is a reflection tool for examining helping practices such as capacity-fit, participation, role clarity, support, feedback, boundaries, decision quality, learning, relationship, and development.
It is not a certification, license, clinical instrument, or substitute for professional standards.
Does the website store diagnostic answers?
No. The diagnostics and reflection tools do not save or send your answers or scores anywhere.
Your answers exist only while the page is open in your browser. Refreshing the page, leaving it, or coming back to it with the Back button clears them. Nothing is written to cookies or browser storage, and no answer is sent over the network.
If you want a record, use the page’s Print / Save as PDF button before you leave.
What information should I send in an initial inquiry?
Only enough to explain:
- who you are,
- your organization or role if relevant,
- which pathway interests you,
- the general problem or question,
- and the kind of next step you are considering.
Do not send sensitive employee, health, diagnostic, disciplinary, legal, or proprietary information in an initial inquiry.
What happens after an inquiry?
The purpose of an initial conversation is to clarify whether the need is best served by:
- an existing resource,
- a future executive briefing,
- a future workshop,
- a reflection-tool review,
- or another kind of conversation.
No response time, booking, or service availability is guaranteed by the website.
Is Christlike Intelligence a Christian framework?
Yes. The authorship and moral-development vision are openly Christ-centered.
Professional applications may use language appropriate to the audience and domain, but they should not conceal the framework’s authorship or origin.
Does using professional language make the framework secular?
No.
Audience adaptation changes the entry point and vocabulary used to make an idea intelligible. It does not require disguising the framework’s identity.
How do the Seven Governing Dynamics relate to these pathways?
The pathways are applications of the same underlying architecture:
- Respondability — I Can
- Sociability — I Have
- Engageability — I Am
- Charitability — I Love
- Sovereignability — I Claim
- Discernibility — I Discern
- Teachability — I Comprehend
The professional pages begin with the concern people already recognize, then connect that concern back to the relevant Dynamics.
